Welcome!

If you are a first time user, an administrator will create a new account for you, and you will receive a Zeitview Insights Password Change email to welcome you to the platform and prompt you to set your password.

Logging In

Visit the Zeitview Insights Login window, and then enter your email and password to log in.

If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password," enter your email, and click "Send." A password update email will be sent to you.

Definitions

Some terms you may encounter throughout the Zeitview Insights platform and user guide:

Anomaly - an irregularity on an asset found during an inspection; an anomaly may be physical damage (e.g., hail damage), but may also be a non-damage issue (e.g., debris), or a problematic area that requires further inquiry (e.g., water ponding)

Asset - generic name for a building, plot of land, or subject of the data capture

Deliverables - generic name for products or data provided from an inspection. For example, images, videos, or reports.

GeoTIFF - allows georeferencing information to be embedded within a TIFF file. The potential additional information includes map projection and everything else necessary to establish the file's exact spatial reference.

Inspection - data capture of one or more assets in a day

JPG - is a commonly used file type in digital images

Orthomosaic - is a geometrically correct aerial image that is composed of many individual still images that are stitched together.

Site - a location that contains one or many assets (e.g., buildings)

Zip File - a computer file whose contents of one or more files are compressed for storage or transmission.
