Accessing a Workspace for the First Time

For getting started with the Zeitview Solar Insights mobile app, please view this guide.

To get access to the Zeitview Solar Insights portal, you must be first invited to a Workspace by a Workspace administrator – a Workspace is what Zeitview uses to host your company's sites and inspections. Below is a sample invitation email. To gain access to the portal, click the "Accept Workspace Invitation" button.

Clicking on the "Acceptance Workspace Invitation" button will open your browser and take you to the solar.insights.zeitview.com customer portal where you will be prompted to confirm the Workspace invitation.

If this is the first time you are accessing the Zeitview Solar Insights portal, you will be prompted to register yourself as a new user by setting a password (your username is the email address the invitation was originally sent to) or by signing in with your company credentials. The options to "Continue with Microsoft" or "Continue with Google" are only available to users whose companies use either Microsoft or Google as their corporate identity provider.

You may then login with your email and password or Microsoft or Google account.
