Click the “Inspections” navigation on the left to access your list of inspections. Here, you can easily access every property and monitor your Inspections' status.
Leverage “Status” filters at the top of the Inspections list to see the progress of the inspection and where are their statuses (Created, Data Capture, Analysis, Review, Completed)
Or use the search function to search an inspection by location, inspection ID, reference ID, and Portfolio.
Click on any inspections to go to the Inspection Details page. Here you can access core information about the inspection like analysis findings and associated costs. You can also take action by editing annotations, creating custom reports, and sharing this inspection in an anonymous manner.
You can also click “See Details” below the property address for additional site information.

The status timeline, located at the top right-hand side of the missions window provides insight and allows Administrators and Site Managers to track the status of each mission or inspection.
Visit the User Management guide for more information about roles and their functionality within the Insights platform.
- Status: Created - when a mission is in the "created" status it will be available within your mission list. However, access to the mission details will be limited until our team has reviewed the provided information and confirmed the details for our operations team. You will receive a prompt that the mission is under review when clicking on any mission in the created status.
- Status: Data Capture - missions in the status "Data Capture" are in progress and data is not available yet but the mission information and order details are accessible.
Click "Back" located at the top left-hand side of the window to navigate back to your inspection details window.
