What is LAANC?

LAANC, or Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability system (L.A.A.N.C.), allows U.S. commercial drone operators to obtain automatic permissions to fly in controlled airspace.

Does Zeitview participate in LAANC authorizations?

Zeitview does not directly allow pilots to apply for LAANC authorization. Pilots must apply through one of the FAA's approved LAANC vendors. You can find a list of them HERE.

What airspace is covered under LAANC?

To check if authorization at a location may be applied for through LAANC, you may search for the address in the FAA's Visualize It site.
