The Users page is exclusively accessible to administrators. It allows access to the complete list of users within your organization. You can sort the columns to view specific sets of users.

Adding users

Admin of the project will be able to Add and Edit users to different sites. At least one site access should be given to the user to create an account.

To provide access to specific sites to users:

1. Select sites you want to give access to from All sites.
2. Click on the arrow to move sites from All sites to Allowed sites.
3. Sites allowed will be displayed.

Deactivating users

Users can be deactivated to restrict their access to the platform. However, all data created by users, such as annotations and block reports, will remain accessible on the platform.
