## Overview

The Zeitview Solar Insights mobile app enables field technicians to take inspection results into the field even when internet connectivity is spotty or unavailable.

## Download App

The first step to using the Zeitview Solar Insights mobile app is to download the app from either the [Apple App Store](https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/zeitview-solar-insights/id6476198634) or the [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zeitview.insights.solar). Search for "Zeitview Solar Insights" in the search bar and select the app. Click “Get” to install the app onto your mobile device.

## Log in

Log in to the Zeitview Solar Insights mobile app using the same credentials that you use to access the Zeitview Solar Insights web portal. If you do not have access to the web portal, please contact your company’s Zeitview Solar Insights administrator to gain access to your company’s workspace.

The mobile app supports logging in with an email address and password, which you would have set up when you accepted the invitation to your company’s workspace, or using your employee credentials if your company uses Microsoft or Google to sign into company apps.

After logging in, you’ll be presented with a list of workspaces that you have access to. Select the appropriate workspace that has the inspections that you would like to review.
