Click the “Reports” link in the left navigation to go to the Reports page. Here, you can search and filter all available anomaly data under the anomaly tab.

There are Five categories of filters you can use to search anomaly data:

1. **Site** -- e.g., site name or site owner
2. **Asset** -- e.g., make, model, or serial #
3. **Anomaly** -- e.g., type, size, or severity
4. **Inspection** -- e.g., work order or inspection date range
5. **Repair** -- e.g., repair workflow status, repair ID, repair date

Select values you want to filter by and click “Apply”.

Click “Export” in the top right to export the results as a CSV or Excel file.

### Customize Columns

The customize columns button allows you to pick and choose information that is relevant to your need as a default view. Also allows users to pick a number of columns to fit their screen sizes whether it is a tablet which has a limited space or a larger monitor which can include more information at once.

## Exporting Inspection Data

Once an Asset Inspection has been completed, there are a few ways to export the anomaly data.

1. From the Blade View, click Export to generate a Turbine Inspection PDF Report. Generating the report may take a couple of minutes; you will be emailed a link to download the PDF file.

2. From the Site details view, click export to generate a Turbine Inspection PDF Report for all turbines at that site. Generating the report may take a couple of minutes; you will be emailed a link to download the PDF file.

3. From the Reports page, all anomaly data can be searched and filtered, and exported as a CSV file.

4. Maintenance page also has exportable reports based on Zeitview-Collect submissions

## Repair Tab

Click the “Reports” link in the left navigation to go to the Reports page. Here, you can search and filter all available repair data under the repair tab. Only anomalies that have had the repair workflow started will be shown in this tab

4. **Repair Workflow** -- e.g., recommended actions, root cause, recommended follow-up time, repair workflow status, repair ID, repair flagged date, repair complete date

Select values you want to filter by and click “Apply”.

Click “Export” in the top right to export the results as a CSV or Excel file.
