Overview

ZV Collect is a field application for technicians to document upgrades and repair work for Zeitview Insights. Access pre-built forms, input work details, and share information with your team through one simple interface. Forms are programmatically updated as requested, but you should refer to your internal engineering teams for procedural updates and documentation.

The ZV Collect app does not require a connection to save information. Users can edit forms while in the field without a connection and submit when they've re-established cell service or an internet connection.

Getting Started

• Download ZV Collect for iOS or Android
• After you’ve downloaded the ZV Collect mobile application - with a connection, launch the application and sign in using the SSO feature. Input "Zeitview" as the organization when prompted.
  • It is essential to sign in using SSO rather than an email & password

App Settings

Once you've signed in with SSO, click the "Gear Icon" in the bottom left-hand corner of the main menu to access app settings. We recommend

• Auto Sync Forms is on
• Auto Sync Form Library is on

Viewing & Submitting Forms

1. After logging in, users will have access to the main menu where they can see:

• Forms - View all accessible form templates
• In Progress - Forms in progress but not completed
• Sync - Forms submitted while offline (pending a connection)
• Submitted - Forms submitted

2. Click the "Forms" tab from the main menu to access form templates and begin a form. Here you users can see a complete list of form templates.

3. Select your preferred form from the template menu, then click "start form."

• For example, a form for an LPS Upgrade for a V110

4. Now that a form has been selected, click on a form field to insert information.

• Required fields are indicated by a red*

5. Once all of the relevant fields have been filled out on the page - click next to navigate to the next page of the form template.

• If you need to return to a previous page, hit the back button

6. Click the "submit" button once all of the relevant and required fields are filled out and work has been completed

• If there are required fields missing information - you will be shown a Validation Errors page documenting the required fields for completion

7. Click "Done" to complete the form submission process

8. If you have a connection, the submission process will be completed as soon as you've clicked "done." If you do not have an internet connection at the time of submission, the form will remain within the "Sync" tab, where it will stay until you've established a connection.
