Here are the answers to the most common questions that pilots ask:

How are mission dates/times scheduled?
Missions may be:

I can accept a pre-scheduled mission but at a different date and time. Can you reschedule for a different time?
Missions are scheduled at the client's convenience. For missions with specific flight times only accept the mission if you know you can fly. You may contact us if about the mission if you have questions about it.

What do I do if it is raining/snowing or is too windy to shoot my mission?
It is recommended to check the weather the night before and immediately prior to heading out to your mission. Please DO NOT shoot your mission if you are unable to do so safely. Inform us of the situation and we will reschedule to the next available time slot. For certain clients (specifically insurance missions) the roof is required to be clear and/or dry in the images. If the weather is poor immediately prior to heading out to an insurance mission you may reach out to us so we can check if the mission needs to be rescheduled.

What do I do if I need to cancel a mission?
Please inform us immediately if you are unable to complete a mission due to personal reasons. Repeatedly dropping missions shortly before the scheduled flight time may be grounds for rejection for future missions.
